Freelancer must operate its business in conformity with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. We are dedicated to assisting all Users in acting in a way that upholds respect and trust. This Code must always be followed and serves as a guide for utilising our Site properly. Disciplinary action, including account termination, will be taken for violations of this Code in accordance with our Violations Policy. If you have any issues about this Code, you should contact the Freelancer Support Team. We can answer your queries and give you more details on the right course of action to take.

1. I will conduct myself morally and honestly.

2. I will respect the rights of all Users.

3. I will not request the upfront release of Payments before I have delivered work.

4. I will not agree to do work I am not capable of doing.

5. I will comply with all of Freelancer's policies.

6. I will not harass, OR discriminate

7. I will not post content that includes incomplete, false, or inaccurate information about any person, product, or service.

8. I will not post content that violates any law or regulation.

9. I will not post content that creates liability for Freelancer or harms its business operations or reputation.

10. I will not post content that infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights.

11. I will not create multiple accounts.

12. I will not engage in fraud.

13. I will not use the Site to generate false feedback about any person, product, or service.

14. I will not ask other Freelancer users for their private contact details and will communicate with them only through official website features.

15. I will not spam or advertise my website or service unless otherwise allowed.

16. I will not undercharge to avoid fees.

Violation of above code of conduct is an offence and Freelancart.com reserves the right to suspend your account if found foul play.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the community section ("Community Section") on our webpage ("Website"). By accessing or using the Community Section, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Community Section.

1. User Conduct

1.1. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Community Section. You agree to use the Community Section in a lawful and respectful manner.

1.2. You shall not post, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, offensive, fraudulent, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
